which card do i get?

so im not to good with knowing what to buy so hopefully you guys can help. IM looking for a card under $100 that has an s-video output so i can hook it up to my tv. i have one now but i only have 2 resolution options and i displays on my tv like shit. i have gotten into video editing and such which i would like to watch on my tv.. well thats what i do with it if anyone could help it would be a big help

COmputer text output will look like crap on any TV. It's not your card, television resolution sucks.

You'd need an HDTV and a videocard with component output to see things clearly...
