Netgear FVS318 to FVS318 - no tunnel - take a look at my s..

Both PC's and routers are online - I have yet to establish a tunnel -
something I have wrong or am overlooking, please look through these
settings and tell me what I am missing or have wrong

Till I get this configured, firewalls are down
