System Bottleneck...?!

I am upgrading my system (as have little money!) to:

Athlon XP 2400+ (T-BRED)
(2*1GB) 2100 DDR RAM
430W PSU

I was just wondering what would be the best graphics card I could get WITHOUT a bottleneck. I am running an AGP Pro 4* socket and so am looking at Nvidia 6800 AGP or the new 7800 AGP as want new techs like HDR etc. I want this System purly for gaming and though that I would save money on buying a new 939 System and just upgrade and spend the money on a GPU. I could overclock this CPU to reduce any system bottlenecks. What you all think?

I have an exact system at home with the same specs. It is an AGP with a Radeon 9600XT. While this card is a bit older, it is perfect for games like Battlefield 2 and WOW. When I have performance issues with this system, it is with the hard drive or the CPU. (bottlenecking).

I recommend saving as much money as possible for a new architecture.
