Hi

Try and run the following command from Start>Run:

%systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /A

Try repairing the registry entries for the activation .DLL files.

Use Start- Run and enter the following text in the dialog box:
regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll

Then do it again with the following text:
regsvr32.exe licdll.dll

Good luck

Just a wild guess, but are you logged in as someone with administrative
privileges when attempting to activate? That may be required.
