An E4 San Diego 3700+??

Is there an E4 step for this processor?

Ordered three weeks ago from NewEgg, finally looked at it in CPU-Z and it is an E4 manufactured June of 2005. Not sure why they have such stale stock at this point. (Actually, I DO KNOW, but that is another thread.)

I've received 2 in the last month from completely different suppliers (1 local and 1 US based) and both were E4's so there's probably a lot of stock out there. When did the E6 stepping start?

maybe it fell in the back and they found it. they keep some stuff pretty long. Those clawhammers were there forever.
