One of my 500GB (out of 4) Seagate hard drives is not spinning up..
Small chip on the controller board, which is believe is the driver
for the motor is heating up too much.
I have lot of data in that hard drive.. Any ideas from you guys?..
I tried the freezing technique (kept the hard drive in the freezer
for about 2 hrs and let it sit out side to come back to room temp,
hoping it will loosen the spindle, but no luck.)
I am getting a replacement drive, but I would love to get all
my data back..
Thanks guys..
