cooling on 7800gt

i have got an asus a8n32-sli deluxe mother board and a gigabyte 7800gt.
i have just recieved my x-fi fatality and need to make room for it.
I i put my 7800gt in the bottom pci-ex instead of the top one will it drastically effect my gpu temp.

erm.... no. it may have some effect, but it'll be minimal. Airflow through the case should ensure it is sucking in air of roughly the same temperature whichever slot it's in.
