can anyone tell me if the memory company really know if you overclocked your memories? say i buy some corsair value ram and fried it when OCing, does corsair know if i don't tell them?

Well, if you "fried" it due to an overclock, it musta been at over 300MHz and they would know either way unless the person ripped off the RAMSINK and put a heater on it...

to MMM,

i meant like at 250 it crapped out on me due to some random failure in circuits or something. Cause i got a hint from someone telling me that they never really check how the ram failed.....they just go by what you said and RMA it under lifetime warranty. So if this is true, then aren't all RAMs OC-friendly?????
