erm. It's a celeron based on the P-M, which means it's almost certainly a much better CPU than a P4 celeron, especially in a notebook.
What exactly are you asking? It's just a CPU. If you're comparing it to another one then we could tell you which is better for what, but even then other notebook features might make up for the deficiency (if there is one..).
