First Of All Your RAM is The Biggest Bottleneck !
If You Even Buy a 7900GTX and still Have 512 mb Ram .... ( Dont Even Think About It )
Get Your Ram To 1Gb or 2Gb , And I Recommand To Buy DDR400 (PC3200)
Your CPU Is Fine , Also You Can OverClock it Like Me ... Hehe :D
and THEN Get a XFX 7800GS Extreme Edition or ATI X800 XT ...
But You Can Also Get A New Mobo With PCI-E and Then Buy a 7600GT or 7900GT ... It`s Your Choice ...

only the size matter in that case or getting DDR 400 would give another increase in performance

what about dual channel??? will i see a big im^provement with it or a single stick is ok???

I also think that your RAM is where the bottleneck's at. I'm not sure if you OC your video card or not, but if you do, AGP could also be a major bottleneck. If you OC your CPU too, make sure your mobo has HT.

the vid card is OC'ed a litle bit but it didn't shown a major difference

tonight when ill be at home ill post actual speed of the card

EDIT: The vid card is running at 349.07/209.25
the speed were put with ATI tools and anything more for the memory is making a crap load of artifact
