Hi people, im using a Gigabyte - GA-8SIMLH socekt 478 and i bought a New CPU Pentium 4 2.8HT but inside of the win he says that CPU is runing @ 1.4Ghz what can i do i should change motherboard???But i tested in another PC and the windows says that his runing @ 2.8Ghz approximately.Or I have 2 change something in the Bios???
