Setting up default mail client on my computer

Please walk me thru the operation of installing the mail client on my pc, soon please.

How do send/receive e-mail now? Do you use your web browser, or another application? If I may suggest, Thunderbird, is a great, easy to use e-mail client and you may like it as it is very easy to setup and use. Link is below:
