i just got my new system set up. And i downloaded the 311 BIo like every one is saying to do so that i can play BF2 with out screen freezing, and i don't know how to install it. yes i know im a noob. please help

If you used the ASUS CD you got with your mobo, you should install it all..

Start up ASUS Update and you can select "Update BIOS from File", select the 311 bios file and it ill flash your current BIOS..
