Why the mouse is too slow on the laptop

Hello,
why is the reason that my laptop is too slow,.. but i dont really sure if it could be the mouse,.. is working very slow and i set it already in high speed,..so it gettind freezed each time I need to wait to continious next step...

well the part is CPU, and thanks for your help...!!!

Start task manager>performance>resource monitor. Can you see what part (CPU, RAM or HDD) of the system is being used a lot? Please post them. Without these information it is impossible to tell what is slowing down your computer.

Also in Task Manager - if you see that your processor is being used the most - look in the processes tab and find out which program/process is using the most. Same goes for memory.
