I can raise my FSB from 133 to 166 and 200, and 233 but it seems like the mobo has the 1mhz stepping locked I have a dragon lite400 does this sound strange to any1?

that does seem a little strange to me, maybe a bios update would fix that???

Actually, it's right in line with philosophy on "lite" or budget boards. They don't cater to overclockers so they limit your options in many cases.

"Lite" boards often have many cut down capabilities, including weaker power circuitry so they discourage overclocking by making the steps so big that most chips can't be overclocked to the next level.

Try a new BIOS if one is available...
