Outlook Express and Hotmail after installing SP2

Since installing SP2, I have been unable to receive Hotmail in my Outlook
Express. I receive the following message when I check my Inbox:

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Redirected', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x80004005"

Is there a fix for this?

To get hotmail in Outlook click accounts\add\mail\next\type in name\click box
to HTTP>incoming mail service and type in
HTTP://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp then click next and type
in hotmail sign in name\password then click done.

My Hotmail account could be assessed thru Outlook Express before I installed
SP2. I have done all the things that you have suggested, and even set up a
new account in Hotmail and Outlook Express. Nothing works.
