I recently purchased the P5WD2 motherboard to upgrade my computer. I kept some hardware from my old computer including a SB Live 5.1 Gamer. I noticed while I was watching a movie trailer my sound had a stutter. I was then pointed to the PCI Latency Timer through some research. My default was 64 I decreased it to 32 and things are sounding better. My question is will this adjustment affect my video performance? It is a PCI-E Video Card. Also will it have any affect on integrated devices such as the NIC and ITE IDE controller? Any info would be great. I just want my machine in tip top shape given my options.
