I have the Asus A8N-SLI Premium which I am very happy with. It's very stable and I have the board for about a year and haven't had any problems with the it. It has good overclocking options and I got my Amd 4000+ to 2.8Ghz with no problem. So I recomend the board.

Currently, IMO, the best 939 board for uber overclocking, well endowed features and reasonable price is the Asus A8R32-MVP... and mate that up with a X1900XT along with some good DDR RAM plus decent 500+ watt power supply and you are at the top of the playing field.

I'm happy with mine (see below) but to somebody that doesn't want to overclock then it could be a waste.

Got to be honest, you can't do wrong with an Asus board, they usually make quality boards.
