Like the subject says...
Is a A8N-SLI Deluxe to A8N32-SLI Deluxe upgrade worth it?

I have two XFX 7800GTX Extremes... does anyone know how much more performance would come from updating to 2x16 sli versus 2x8?

Also is there a new socket I should wait for? I'm a little bit behind the times.

The reason I had to change was that a8n-sli deluxe's chipset fan failed in a few weeks, gave me a modified mobo & same again, and was lucky that they gave me then an a8n 32 sli deluxe.

My case / PSU is a cheap one, I have no case fans but keep side panel open and all temps are reported by Asus Probe 44c & below, under the "Stress Prime 2004" test for an hr.

Two months now & works fine; my CPU O/clocked to 2.55ghz but do not know how to go further.

O/clock experts say this one is superior, BUT do keep asking in other forums too for expert opinion.

I saw some comparison tests on www.anandtech.com the other day. As far as I remember there was a significant speed difference between 2x8 and 2x16, however, the difference between 1x16 and 2x 16 was rather insignificant
