well I dont know for sure but, most sound cards will have it. But if you are looking for a 20$ card you should probably get a motherboard with onboard soun. Hooking up the front panel sound was difficult. but worth it. but what do you want to hook up to your sound card. headphones? stero speakers? 4 speakers 5.1? cuz I some 5.1 headphones and I decided I needed a new card. my on board wasnt good enough. So I'm getting the soundblaster x-fi xtreme music for lie 110$. but if you just want a cheapone your best bet is onboard sound. and hooking front panel up is usually confusing cuz they dont have very good directions. so you kinda gatta guess. for example. my directions showed mic in mic pwr my case had mic2 micbio (or somthing like that)
