athlon xp hsf vs. athlon x2 hsf

i was going to oc my old athlon xp 2000+ palomino;
i have a stock hsf for athlon x2 4200+, since i use zalman cnps9500
would athlon x2 4200+ stock hsf be sufficient to cover oced athlon xp 2000+?
it wouldn't be crazy oc... but a mild one... like.. ~200mhz or ~300mhz more?

You'll hit the wall pretty early on that Palomino ... I think you'd be lucky to get 200 MHz. more out of it regardless of how much cooling you use.

As for the X2 cooler, how do you plan to mount that on that socket A? Palomino's do run hot, so a good cooler is advised if you overclock.
