UBER SLOW WINDOWS BOOTING on Fatal1ty AN8 SLI Mobo

i encountered some errors like a month ago and i had to reinstall windows, it was all perfect the first tries. then after several updates it takes about a minute or more to boot up. but it's weird becuase it's there doing nothing with the little blue bar moving, but after a minute or so has passed, the light in my keyboard turns on, and then it's a matter of seconds for windows to start, like it used to do before.
can anyone help me with this issue. i know it is a minor complaint but i expect top performance from such a machine. thanks guys for all your help.

This kind of thing is usually due to a network card or video card issue.

should i disable the adapter or uninstall the drivers?
