Hi

I'm prepping for the jump to DX10 with Vista, but seeing the delay, I'm going to have to wait even longer for those Direct X 10 hardware-supported cards to come out.

In the meantime, my x300 is lagging away. I hear it's only worth around $90 now.

I want to get a new video card that will last until I can get a Direct X 10 card, maybe in about a year and a half.

This card should be able to do widescreen and multi-display, and carry me on with decent framerates until DX10. Also, I'm on a budget.

Which video card should I get?

Thanks

X850 XT or 7600 GT will serve you nicely, both under $200
