I am addicted to the computer, I play games all the time, I never go out, and quite my job what can I do. My computer is in the basement and so is the laundry room so my reason to be down there is to do laundry I need help. I can’t even enjoy a night in bed with the lady anymore because the game is in my head god what happened to my life.

You're not too bad yet. When you move your pc to the bathroom, swap your chair for the toilet and add a small fridge, have empty pizza boxes for tables filled with empty drink cans, you're in trouble.

LOL. Not really. I'm so sorry. I read about this 13-year old in China who would often play computer games for two days without eating, drinking, sleeping, or going to the bathroom. After about a year of this, he rode the elevator to the 13th story of a building, jumped off and died. His parents "didn't know how he got so lost". They were obviously lost if they let their son play two days of computer games. Maybe you should consult a therapist.

You'd normally seek help in one of those "12 steps programs", but I think they S U C K!!!, I'll help you with my premium "4 steps program":

1) Step One: Look for a baseball bat or if not found, any metal pipe would work
2) Step Two: Think that you're playing some medieval game and you only have the "club" for weapon
3) Step Three: Imagine that your pc is an Lv10 Orc that threatens your life, QUICK, GO KILL HIM!!!!
4) Step Four: Cured


If that doesn't work, one pound of prozac/valium should do the trick

WTF? Oh; I get it now . Who knows; maybe I've been smoking a few. I was on the computer for 8-10 hours yesterday; just posting $h!t on the forums. I wish my computer (the one in my sig) was working; then I'd multitask by playing games (at 15-20 fps with my fu**!ng x600) and posting $h!t on the forums. I'll try to think of a 4.5 step program to break the computer habit.

ROFL. You should see my brother; an 8 year old with a gameboy. He's been sick the whole weekend, and played 13 hours of pokemon a day. By the way, it's jack off; not jerk.

How old are your brothers? I still have my GameBoy pocket from 90-something which uses two AAA's. The GameBoy SP's have a rechargable battery, kinda like an iPod's. Oh yeah; Dual Mode would be from yugioh.

That's lucky. My brother liked it for a year, maybe a year and a half. He made my parents buy him cards until he had about 400-500 of those things. Now he doesn't even look at them. WHat a waste. Sadly, there are some kids at my school (in 8th grade) who play it at lunch.
