I just got my new pocket-pc, I messed up installation of the Dell
Activesync CD.. I have NO connection to my desktop. When I click
Activesync..enable using this connection the drop down list shows
NOTHING. I have tried to manually reinstall the CD by clicking
SETUP.EXE but nothing happens. I can find nothing in your manual or
website that addresses my situation. I have a good USB 2 port and a
firm USB cable connection. The pocket-pc seems to be working properly
I have an Axim X30 with USB cable connection, new desktop pc running
XP

Connect your Axim, go into Device Manager on your desktop computer
and remove the USB device for the Axim. (Not your whole USB hub)
Uninstall ActiveSync and remove any temporary files, then reinstall
ActiveSync.
Reconnect your Axim when prompted and it should work...
