PC Turn off but dont turn on again

when i shut down my pc, if i want to turn it on again in a short period of time, it doesnt turn on.. just the baybus and the cpu lcd lites for a half second and turn off. What could be the problem?

Could be a PSU problem, try using a different one...

Can you supply some more info? Has the pc rebooted again? Are you saying it was working once, then failed to reboot and it's dead since then?
