Try increasing the voltage to the CPU.

my voltage is 1.6 right now standard. I read somewere that I shouldnt go higher that 1.8 with an athalon is that true?

With an Athlon XP, I have seen some heavy overclockers go up to 2.1v, I would definately not recommend that. I would stick from 1.5v-1.75/8v at all times, don't exceed 1.85v.

Thanks man, Im still learning, but each gain I get gives me more and more incentive to try harder. I got my bus from 133 to 140 tonight i will change my muliplier. Im addicted.
