Can't email picture from My Picture Folder

Hi,

If I send an email and add and attachment I can send it fine.
If I go to My Pictures folder, and from the side menu's choose send picture
as an email I get the error;

The host 'relay.plus.net' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly. Account: 'Chris Sheldon', Server:
'relay.plus.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I only get this by sending pictures via email this way not by adding them
manually to an email.

Any idea why and how to fix?
