Reliability: Single-Pass Lasers versus Single-Pass LEDS

LEDs *might* be more reliable than lasers in the long term but I doubt
there's much if any difference.

As to the rest of your points, the method of getting the image on the drum
is *only* thing different between LED and Laser printers. The rest of the
process is down the engine and could be the same or different depedant on
the manufacture. eg duplexing is a mechanical operation independant of
the laser/LED choice.
