EVGA Reference Fan or EVGA Fan... What's the difference???

In the model e-GeForce 7800 GS CO, 256 MB DDR3, they have 2 differents part number:
One is 256-A8-N506-AX with the EVGA Fan
Other is 256-A8-N507-AX with the Reference Fan
That's the only difference between the 2.. the fans
What's one fan have more than the other ?? :?

Nothing important...

Same core, same memory clock...

e-GeForce 7800 GS CO nVIDIA-FAN (256-A8-N507-AX)
e-GeForce 7800 GS CO EVGA Top Plate (256-A8-N506-AX)

As the names and pictures suggest, the one and only difference (from what i can tell) is the top plate on the HSF assembly... one is branded eVGA and the other nVidia with fancy holes cut in it :lol:

I wouldnt be surprised if its actually the same fan under the top plate... do you know if theres a price difference? couldnt find the n506 for sale (506 evga branded - $300)

I couldn't found a different price between the two cause i couldn't found the 2 products on the same site. And you are right. It's the same fan, only different plate. Got a response from eVGA tech support. I ordered the 256-A8-N507-AX this morning, gonna have it in 3 days... can't wait!!!
