Location of new Heathrow Tower?

Does anybody know the Lat/Long of the new tower?

I know it is 87 metres high but presumably that is the total height
and not that of the controllers floor. I would guess that their
viewpoint is 80 to 84 metres from the ground. The published height is
to be added to MSL height but I am again not sure of this.

Any help appreciated
