Which non SLI/Crossfire mobo?

I’m looking for the best non SLI/Crossfire mobo for under $125 (maybe more maybe less). I’m building a new rig with a Athlon64 3700, ATI X1900XT & 1 gig (maybe) of ram. I plan to do some overclocking (I have never done it) nothing to drastic but want to try. Any help will be much appreciated.

The best board imo for the X1900XT is the Asus A8R32-MVP but about $60 more than your budjet.
The A8R-MVP runs around $120, I run it with an X1800XT, but I have heard of problems from users regarding power when running the X1900XT in cf mode.

The newer one ranks as the best overclocking 939 board, and the older one overclocks real close to the top speeds.
My Opteron 175 will run 2.58GHz (235MHz x 11) stable, it normally runs at 2420MHz
