stock vs zalman thermal grease

I baught a zalman vga hsf for my x800 xt and was wondering if the grease that came with it would be better then the stock thermal paste on my cpu. Cpu is pentium 4 3.6. Rig is 1 year old.

Pretty much the same - I'm using Arctic Cooling Silver 5, it does have some noticeable effect on my system, but it's an extreme case.
