Our 12-person company is looking to replace our network laser printer.
We currently use a Brother HL-1470N, but it no longer meets our needs,
for four main reasons:

1) It only has 8MB of built in memory (we never bothered to upgrade)

2) It has BR-Script 2, a Postcript Level 2 language emulator. The
Brother
sometimes has problems printing pdfs, and I suspect the language
emulator may be the problem.

3) with a 66 MHz process, it is rated for "up to" 14ppm.

4) We need a color laster printer.

Can you suggest a reliable, speedier color laser network printer that
might suit our new needs and do a better job of pdf printing? A network
technician suggested the Konica Minolta MagiColor 2350, with an
msrp of $699. (128NB, 200 MHz processor, upt to 18ppm).

I've always had good experiences with HP printers, but this technician
said the newer ones aren't as reliable as the older ones. Your ideas
and comments are welcomed.
