Full duplex, 128 bit. Triple-M (MadModMike) has a thread that shows a lot of information on various Intel and AMD cpu's and other components. Good stuff...

!??!?!?!?!??!?!?!?
Lets guess:
1. AMD=AMD K8 architecture processors
2. onboard memory control=memory controller that is built in the K8 processors die
3. parallel transfer mode like FSB=??????

If I guessed what you wanted to ask then:
AMD K8 processors have integrated DDR memory controler(IMC) and is directly accessing to the RAM acting L3 cache. Unlike K8, the AMD K7 and Intel P4 processors don't have IMC and are using the memory controller of the northbridge chipset of the mainboard.
AMD K8 processors don't have FSB, they have HTT(Hyper transport technology) which operates at much more higher freqfency and offers more links with more bandwidth. Anyway RAM is directly connected to the IMC of the K8 CPU, not via FSB.
There are 2 different IMC of K8 processors depends on their socket.
The s754 K8 have 64bit(single channel) half-duplex IMC that can transfer up to 3.2GB/s (64bits * 400MHz / 8bits)
The s939 and s940 have 128bit(dual channel) half-duplex IMC that can transfer up to 6.4GB/s (128bits * 400MHz / 8 bits).

thanks qojd0. i know AMD`s IMC use parallel transfer model,half-duplex,and has 64bit ,128bit two types lieing on the single or duel channel, right?

128bit IMC can transfer 128bit data to cpu each time? do that need the connection from memory to cpu is 128bit? intel`s FSB is 64bit only,so is AMD`s connection?

They are connected directly to the integrated memory controller via 64bit and 128bit interface.
Each DDR module is 72bit width(64bits interface + 8bits ECC) and can be put in separate slot that can be connected to a memory channel of the integrated memory controller. 2 DDR modules are acting like 1 with 128bit width interface due to the 2 memory channels availabe on the s939 K8 processors.
