Okay, I have a Dell 810 that presently has 512 MB of 400 MHz PC2 3200. According to PC Wizard, my FSB is 133 MHz and my max memory frequency is 266 MHz. So, if I understand this correctly, my mobo will support PC2 4200 RAM and run it at the full 533 MHz. Now, will the system automatically adapt to the new RAM and switch from 400 MHz to 533 MHz or will I have to do something else. I'm planning on running 2 X 1GB of Crucial. Thanks.
It should. I don't know what your BIOS options are for memory frequency/voltage/timings, so you might want to check and see how flexible the dell BIOS is before you go further.

As far as I can tell, there are NO such Bios options. It lists the specs for the currently installed memory but gives no options to change regarding the memory.
Provided that the memory will run on that machine as specified like you said, you won't need to do anything else. What will happen is, after you install the new RAM, you'll boot the machine up and during the post, you'll see a message stating new hardware found new memory found or something to that effect. Then it will test it and will boot into Windows or whatever you have installed on that machine.
