Wich card to get first for crossfire?

Hi,

I am planing to buy a crossfire based computer, but only start with one GPU(and then upgrade later on.) Wich card do you think i should get first ? X1900xt or X1900 crossfire?

If i upgrade to another GPU after maby a year, then the supply of these cards is likely to be lower.

Any advice ?

Get the X1900XT. I don't think in the future you'll need the crossfire master card (actually don't think you do now with the 3200 chipset).

You'll always be able to find older cards, and cheaper.

Besides, by the time you want to go crossfire, there will probably be a newer card for the same price that works faster than two X1900 XTs.

Just get a single X1900 XT for now and see what happens...
