Wondering if a program is available that
detects what ISP a wireless "HotSpot"
is using?
Receiving email on open HotSpots is fine,
sending a reply (correct me if I'm wrong)
needs the outgoing mail address to be set
and pure guess work is tedious.

Usually with hotspots you can send to other smtp servers but it also depends
if those servers listen for submissions from other servers.
