how far should this Mushkin go?

I have a 512MB Mushkin Enhanced PC3500 DDR434 (rated 2-3-3-?) and I'm wondering how far I should push it. (runs at DDR444 at 2-3-3-8 2.7volts, as I type this) I was running it at DDR454 @ 2-4-4-8 with 2.8volts... it doesn't seem to be stable at DDR464, even with 2-5-5-9 2.8volts. From my experience, RAM does not like anything other than the CAS latency it is rated for. So if it's rated 2 I leave it at 2 no matter what, and raise the others for more overclocking room. (that was from experience with a Corsair Valueselect PC3200 stick.) I was wondering if from others experiences, easing CAS latency helps any?

I'm trying to run it at DDR464... and so I was wondering if it would be safe to try 2.9volts on it.

nobody knows if it's safe to try 2.9volts?

lolz anyways, this evening I tried overclocking until I got bored and my eyeballs fell out

got 2-2-2-6 timings at DDR440, but not for long. For a while it seems SuperPi stable at 2-3-2-6 but that didn't work out either. Neither did 2-3-3-6 surprisingly. Ran it for an hour before Firefox crashed, suddenly (from my experience, that is a memory error). Had to knock the Mhz back slightly to DDR436.

During testing, I ran it at DDR444 @2-3-3-6. I doubt it's stable, given what happened at DDR440  I also tried DDR448 @ 2-3-3-6, but it soon crashed. At that point I started clocking things back down a bit.

I also learned that timings make a difference in SuperPi scores... and that's why I was reluctant to loosen timings and increase Mhz, because the increase in Mhz would be minor, and the hit from loosened timings would be bad....

reading an article by THG, RAM doesn't last near as long the higher voltage you use. I was wondering how much shorter... :? it was the article about Geil 1.5 CL DDR600 RAM,... they had to use 3.0volts, which they said wasn't good, and the RAM wouldn't last near as long that way.
