DH4 Caribou Panel - can anyone help?

Archived from groups: alt.games.microsoft.flight-sim (More info?)

Have been searching for a panel for a DH4 in FS20022, but not having
much luck. The one I downloaded with the model seems to be missing
all the engine gauges and most of the avionics.

Thanks

    I don't fly FS2002 but I downloaded the Caribou for 2002 named,

    dhc4usaf.zip

    from AVSIM, I see a gauges folder with 4 gauges in it.
    f4f4_wildcat.gau
    f4u1a_corsair.gau
    f6f3_hellcat.gau
    p38f_lightning.gau

    Looking at the PANEL.CFG I see the following gauges listed.

    gauge01=F4F4_Wildcat!Airspeed-Indicator, 184,594,179,154
    gauge03=F6F3_Hellcat!Clock, 978,473,122,105
    gauge05=F6F3_Hellcat!Climb_Indicator, 400,803,174,147
    gauge07=F6F3_Hellcat!Altimeter, 578,595,170,147
    gauge09=F6F3_Hellcat!Fuel_Quantity, 1180,511,100,105
    gauge11=F6F3_Hellcat!Attitude_Indicator, 376,595,178,147
    gauge13=P38F_Lightning!Directional-Gyro, 797,483,130,107
    gauge15=P38F_Lightning!Magnetic-Compass, 193,805,178,147
    gauge17=F6F3_Hellcat!Turn_Bank, 585,800,168,142
    gauge19=F4U1A_Corsair!Flaps, 28,575,160,190
    gauge21=P38F_Lightning!Landing-Gear-Flaps-Indicator, 40, 823, 110,105
    gauge23=P38F_Lightning!Left-Tachometer, 802,610,120,110
    gauge25=P38F_Lightning!Right-Tachometer, 970,610,120,110
    gauge27=P38F_Lightning!Left-Engine-Gauge, 802,750,120,95
    gauge29=P38F_Lightning!Right-Engine-Gauge, 965,750,120,95
    gauge33=P38F_Lightning!Fuel-Selector, 1175,640,98,100
    gauge35=P38F_Lightning!Ignition-Switch, 1172,757,100,105
    gauge37=P38F_Lightning!Left-Manifold-Pressure, 800, 876,110,80
    gauge39=P38F_Lightning!Right-Manifold-Pressure, 965, 876,110,80
    gauge41=P38F_Lightning!Coolant-Temperature, 1172,868,110,90
    gauge43=P38F_Lightning!Icon-Engine-Controls, 590,465,35,35
    gauge45=P38F_Lightning!Icon-Map, 650, 465,35,35

    Hell if I know where they are unless they are somehow listed inside the
    4 gauges that come with the aircraft.

    Did you copy those 4 gauges in the GAUGES folder to your GAUGES folder
    of FS2002?

    If you really want the aircraft, download the Lightning, the Hellcat,
    the Wildcat and the Corsair I guess. :)

    ===========================================

    Then I downloaded:

    dhc4caribou.zip

    for FS2002 and it looks like it uses all default gauges, so that may be
    an option.
