Run away from the PowMax as fast as you can! Go look at FSP power supplies at Newegg. For about $65 you can get a 450w quality built unit with active PFC. Unfortunately, a 600w SLI capable unit will run over $100. DO NOT cut corners on the PSU. You will live to regret it, spending the rest of your days typing notes like these on forums!
The rest of the components will work together just fine.

I have cheaped out on power supplies, and regretted it.
Think of it like a heart transplant. Whose heart would you want, the 65 year old man who smokes alot, or a college student?

Ehm what if the college student died because of a bad heart :p

Nah power supplies are oftenly being seen as un-important... But gues what drives your pc:

POWER

Its actually one of the important pieces of the pc. Without it it wont work :)

Look at the review of toms. There where many good power supplies tested might give you a better view?
