I've planning to do a upgrade on my system. I've seen motherboards with dual onboard gigabit LAN adapters. Would that be able to do load balancing? if so how? I have 2 service providers at my university rez, if this works would i experience my downloads go faster?

Only if you are downloading from 2 sources at once.
Single downloads will likely no rise in performance, unless the download can be split and rejoined. (MP2P can do this on the fly).
It may not work as you're thinking.
Ya but how would you set that up? I wouldn't mind getting multiple files downloaded faster.
