recently i bought a D-Link wireless 108g MIMO Router with coverage of up to 500,000 square feet...problem is...i have an actiontec gt704wg wireless/modem/router/switch already...but with sh*tty wireless coverage. I just wanna know how to use the actiontec as merely a modem and make the new d-link router for the switch/router/wireless functions!.!.

You can daisy chain the D-Link into the Actiontec. Be sure to turn off wireless on the Actiontec.

Yeah i could...but the problem is that when i install the new wireless router, it tells me that i need to disable the routing functions in my old router in order for the new router to work.

step 2: sell all in one POS on ebay
