[SOLVED] Stream Desktop to Windows through LAN

I'm trying to stream my Mac desktop over to my Windows desktop for live streaming purposes. I tried VLC but it doesn't seem to have desktop streaming on the Mac version. Is there any other way I can do this preferably over LAN?

Have you tried realVNC? I've heard of another one, but still looking for where I saw it. May get back to you.

I know you said LAN based, but logmein.com is pretty good too and free as well

I ended up using Wirecast with Desktop Presenter. Works good enough when plugged directly to the network via LAN.
