Anything's possible, but there isn't anything around that does that. There
are VGA output attachments, but none of them support the return of touch
screen data. You would be looking at breaking into the iPAQ and kludging in
the display and writing the drivers to support it. Have you considered
doing this with a laptop. You can get one for little more than some PPCs, a
DC to AC inverter is not expensive (cheaper than a DC to DC one the laptop
OEMs sell), and there is fairly decent nav software available.
