Help with memory compatability

I am looking to upgrade my memory. This is my motherboard:

Am I mistaken, or is this the only kind of memory I am able to install?:

I'm sorry but I'm not all the great with hardware. This memory seems a little expensive for some reason. Is there any other type of memory I can buy?

Yes, that is all that you can use and unfortunate. They obviously don't even carry PC1066. You really need to upgrade your entire system.
