My motherboard:

This mobo supports both SD and DDR, I am currently using SD.

I also have another mobo, and I'm pretty sure the name of the mobo is:

VT8363
but it could also be called: vt82c686a (Which I believe to be the onboard sound #).

VT8363 is not the name of the mobo. Luckily for you its enough to put that into a google search and find out here that that's the Nortbridge chip called the KT133. Supports SDRAM.
