I need help!!!!!! having problems with new build

all right here is my system
Opteron 144 at 1.8
Crucial Balistix Tracer 512x2 ddr500
XFX 7900gt
DFI lanparty Ultra-D

my problem is that whenever i go anywhere close on my FSB to 250 my system will not boot into window's if i'm runing the Ram and CPU at 1:1......if i'm runing my ram to cpu at 1/2 the FSB then i can take the fsb on my CPU without any problems whatsoever......i'm so confused and i need help

Try upping the Voltages on either CPU or RAM, or both. Do this by a nudge, such as if it's 1.3v, go to 1.31v or as close to it as possible. Keep nudging until it's stable, but don't exceed a threshold, such as if it's 1.30v, don't exceed 1.35v, because it should definately be stable @ 1.35v, likewise with the RAM, make sure timings are right and it may be your RAM can't handle past 250MHz (DDR500).
