ram ratio is set to 3:4 but my ram clock freqency is 284 and is it ok if i raise it more

I'm sincere so please don't jump on me. I'm new to this forum and just read a thread where a lot of people weren't very nice to each other. Is this normal? I apologize in advance for my spelling, grammar and any offence to anyone living or dead. 
If my conversion is correct 14c is 57f. Man, you're going to be really popular at LAN parties this summer. Anyway, I agree with the other poster about checking your sensors because you temps are reading too low.
No when u dont have pci/agp lock dont push the FSB much .Get a new motherboard and then try to press out the last hz of your cpu
