I just bought a new PCI video card. Its a Radeon 9200SE. I bought it for my cousin's computer because he needed something better than on board video and he doesn't have the money to buy a new mother board. His motherboard doesn't have AGP either, so I had to go this route. He installed the card in 2 different PCI ports on the motherboard and when he turns his computer on he doesnt get any picture.

Any suggestions?

Thank you very much for your help. That is what I thought I was goign to have to do, but my cousin in 14 and not very handy with his computer. I was hoping there was an easier way, but I'll have to talk him through it. Navigating a Bios with someone that isn't that great with computers is very challenging.

I appreciate the help
